A press conference was held on Thursday, the U.S. Defense Secretary of State said they have learned that North Korean soldiers who are already training in Russia, may deploy combat against Ukraine soon, within a few days.
The Defense Secretary of State specified that “Russia has been training the North Korean soldiers in artillery, unmanned aerial vehicles, or drones, and basic infantry operations, indicating they fully intend to use the forces in frontline operations.”
Approximately 10,000 North Korean soldiers have been deployed and are already settled in Russia. And may be moving closer to the Ukrainian border.
Also, South Korea and the United States are discussing options on what the next step they should take with this information.
