A win for female athletes. Federal Courts have ruled to block Biden’s efforts to allow males in women’s sports and lockerooms.
A federal court has ruled against the Biden administration’s efforts to modify Title IX, which would have permitted males to participate in women’s sports, use their restrooms, and locker rooms across the country. This means that the protection for males or transgenders to participate in women’s has been removed.
(Daily Wire) In response to the proposed changes, twenty-six states filed a lawsuit to prevent the regulations from being implemented, and in August, the Supreme Court issued a temporary hold on the new rules.
