Painful Neck, Painful Back Solution, Nerve Pain

Pinched nerves are a pain in the neck, literally.

Last week I casually finished up some yardwork. And felt something pull in my back and neck. I thought nothing of it, I felt no pain as the minor pain in back left after a few seconds until the next day.

And two weeks of pain after that initial painful day, the pain in my neck was almost unbearable. It went from my shoulders, neck all the way up to my temples, giving me a massive headache. Let’s dive in to what happened next.

With my luck, I signed up for some volunteer work a month prior before my neck injury that I couldn’t cancel.

The volunteer position required standing for hours and some heavy lifting. Not helping with a neck injury. Turns out I had a pinched nerve in my neck.

I was going to call my chiropractor the next day and schedule an appointment to see if he could fix my issue.

That was until I found this incredible video that showed me some simple exercises to correct a pinched nerve.

This video was a lifesaver. Please watch this if you are having neck/back issues. Watch video below
