California in a state of Emergency. Biden Administration Donates another $500 million to Ukraine instead of assisting California.

With everything that is happening to the United States right now, instead of donating funds to help the state of California, Biden donates $5 million more to Ukraine. This donation is on top of what the Biden administration donated a few weeks ago to Ukraine, which was $3 million dollars. (Link to the gov website and allocation of funds to Ukraine)

The Biden administration only has a limited amount of time left before inauguration , how much more money can he send, or launder, to Ukraine.

People have lost their homes in California, and North Carolina is still struggling from the summer hurricanes, and Biden decides to send $500 million to Ukraine before he leaves the White House.
