With everything that is happening to the United States right now, instead of donating funds to help the state of California, Biden donates $5 million more to Ukraine. The Biden administration only has a limited amount of time left before inauguration , how much more money can he send, or launder, to Ukraine.
People have lost their homes in California, and North Carolina is still struggling from the summer hurricanes, and Biden decides to send $500 million to Ukraine before he leaves the White House.
