From Justin Aldean to Kid Rock, Snoop Dog, and Carrie Underwood; a list of Trump’s Inauguration celebrity performance line -up

(NY Post) According to the New York Post, a list of celebrities are going to be attending and performing at Trump’s Presidential Inauguration.
This weekend, Carrie Underwood and Kid Rock will take the stage as part of Donald Trump’s inaugural festivities.

The 53-year-old “We The People” artist, Kid Rock,  is set to perform during the president-elect’s “Victory Rally” on Sunday at the Capital One Arena in Washington, DC, according to Axios.

Known offstage as Robert James Ritchie, Rock has been vocal about his friendship with Trump, often referring to him as a “great friend” and one of his closest pals. He was among the earliest mainstream artists to express support for Trump during his initial presidential campaign in 2016.

In an interview with Rolling Stone at that time, he expressed his enthusiasm, advocating for a business approach to governance. He described Trump’s campaign as “entertaining.”

Joining Rock at the event will be the Village People, the iconic disco group from the 1970s, who have been favorites of Trump’s for years. Their classic hit “YMCA,” released in 1978, became intertwined with MAGA culture, inspiring the popular “Trump Dance” and often played at rallies throughout the 2024 campaign.

Underwood, meanwhile, will perform “America the Beautiful” during Trump’s official inauguration ceremony at the U.S. Capitol on January 20.

The 41-year-old country star expressed her pride in representing her country at this historic occasion, emphasizing the importance of unity and looking toward the future in her statement to The Post.

As part of the inauguration, Lee Greenwood will sing “Proud to Be an American” as Trump approaches the inaugural platform, while opera singer Christopher Macchio is set to perform the national anthem, according to Axios.

Later, during the inaugural ball, Jason Aldean—will reportedly share the stage with Rascal Flatts.

According to an inauguration official, Trump is personally selecting the musical acts for these events

(themirror.com) Snoop Dog is also rumored to be listed as a performer at one of Trump’s inauguration festivities, named the Crypto Ball. Snoop Dog is said to be making a musical appearance at the ball. (Updated 1/18/2025)

Fans of Snoop Dog are divided as to how they feel about him performing. Some are in support, and others are confused about the fact that Snoop is seemingly supporting Trump’s Inauguration.

While Trump and Snoop had a falling out during the Presidential Elections of 2016, when Snoop asked why anyone would vote for Trump. Earlier this year, Snoop said that he had no problem with the president.

In addition, popcrave.com announced that Nelly, Soulja Boy and Rick Ross will perform at the Inauguration party.
