1 Corinthians 6:19
For me, this verse is tough to interpret. I think it means we are here because of God. He made us for a reason, to glorify and praise him. And other reasons we might not understand. He didn’t have to make me, or you. But he did, for a reason. And give him thanks for this. Please comment on what you think it means. 🔛

Verse
“Do you not know that your bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your bodies”
This verse is a reminder that our bodies are sacred and should be treated with honor and respect. It calls us to take care of our physical, mental, and emotional health, and to live in accordance with God’s values.
The verse also urges people to live up to their new identities in Christ, instead of living by the sexually immoral standards of the culture.
