RFK did not say he wants to eliminate Medicaid or Medicare; certain media outlets distorting what RFK stated. Watch RFK explain his stance

Washington – RFK was questioned by Senator Bill Cassidy about coverage regarding Medicaid and Medicare.

Sen. Cassidy asked Robert F Kennedy how he feels about Medicaid, Medicare and dual coverage. RFK responsed by telling Cassidy that he looks forward to working together and help restore both assistance programs.

Kennedy goes on to state that “premiums are too high, deductibles are too high”, he also added that the services available under both programs have decreased over the years. He states that he would like to try and restore both Medicaid and Medicare and turn it into a more accessible and affordable program.

Some media outlets are allegedly reporting that RFK wants to dismantle both Medicaid and Medicare.

According to his senate hearing, Kennedy did not mention anything about eliminating either program.
