As the California wildfires continue, Governor Newsom joined Anderson Cooper from CNN for an interview.
Anderson asked Newsom a few questions about if and how the fires were being contained, why the fire hydrants are empty and were not supplied with the correct amount of water in the first place.
The clip below shows Newsom, standing behind a burning house, explaining that things are starting to get under control with thousands of firefighters working on the scene extinguishing fires.
He also states that local neighborhood “folks will have to figure” out the issue with the fire hydrants.
